In 1990 Blaine Guilette developed his own heating and air conditioning company. With over ten years experience in the field at the time it was Blaine’s aim to develop and build a company that reflected his values of providing superior quality equipment with outstanding customer service.
Over the last 19 years Guilette Heating has grown to where it is today --- a thriving, growing business installing high quality Trane, Armstrong Air, Payne and Mitsubishi equipment and providing the best customer service in the area. We also install Geothermal and Solar systems. We currently have 9 employees who represent over 185 years of experience and dedication to treating our customers special. We install these particular products because of their outstanding quality and reputation but we service all other manufacturer’s products.
Aside from installation and service of heating and cooling products we also offer many different I.A.Q. (Indoor Air Quality) products. We are the only area contractor who provides indoor air quality monitoring and analysis services.
